What if I do not see my worksite listed on the membership application?

  • In the CMS system, you do not have to chose a worksite. When you become a member we will see “unassigned” on the admin. side of CMS and have the ability to modify this information.

What happens if I see a double dues deduction transaction (in a pay period) from my bank account? 

  • If you notice that you have had more than one dues deduction transaction (in a pay period) from your bank account, please send documentation with this information to Sheryl.Lane@floridaea.org immediately for verification so a refund can be processed.  Please include your mailing address in the email.

Can I pay my Union Dues by Check? YES!!!

  • The Check Dues Process: We are offering an alternative to eDues for our members who prefer to pay their Union dues by check. If you would like to pay your Union dues by check please email Sheryl Lane at sheryl.lane@floridaea.org

Please include: Name (First & Last), Phone number, Email address, Mailing address, Bargaining unit (PCTA or PESPA), Job location, Payment option (full or half) 

Make all checks payable to PCTA and mail/deliver to Jade T. Moore Building, 650 Seminole Blvd, Largo, Fl 33770

PCTA 

  • $690 Annually (Due by:  August 25, 2023)

  • or 2 payments of $345 (Due by:  August 25, 2023 and January 11, 2024)

PESPA 

  • $339.80 Annually (Due by:  September 1, 2023)

  • or 2 payments of $169.90 (Due By:  September 1, 2023 and January 19,2024)

How do I return to my PCTA-PESPA FEA Membership Portal?

Your original one-time link is for account creation purposes only. After you have used your one-time link and have created your eDues account, you will need to use the following link to log back into your Member Portal.  https://feacms.floridaea.org/portal/signin

Where do I locate my “3-Letter Code” and enter the code to complete the eDues process?

In this example, the code is BZX

  • You will locate your 3-lettere code in your banking “deposit” list.

  • You will be looking for a $0.01 deposit. The Description of the deposit will state - “ACH Deposit COMPANY: #_ _ _ FEA MEMBER.” Beside the # you will see 3 uppercase letters. This is your verification code.

  • You will then log back into your portal using your email and 12 character password.

  • Click on “Verify Now,”

  • Enter your 3-letter code.

  • Click “Continue” to complete the process.

Can I pay my dues with a credit card?

No, Credit card processing IS NOT supported at this time.

How do I change your bank account/payment option on the portal?

  • Please log back into the FEA Member Portal (https://feacms.floridaea.org/portal/signin).

  • Once your eDues Payment Method verification process is complete, you will see this under the Payment Method:

    You can then change your payment method by clicking on the “Change Payment Method” button.

    NOTE: This runs through the payment verification process again, but once the new account is verified, the old account is no longer active. We only store one account payment method per member.

Can I cancel my membership from the portal?

  • You cannot, the member must contact a local union representative to have their payment schedule changed or their membership cancelled.

PCTA: Your membership dues will be drafted using Bank ACH in the amount of $34.50 on or around the following dates: 08/25/2023, 09/08/2023, 09/22/2023, 10/06/2023, 10/20/2023, 11/03/2023, 11/17/2023, 12/01/2023, 12/15/2023, 12/29/2023, 01/12/2024, 01/26/2024, 02/09/2024, 02/23/2024, 03/08/2024, 03/22/2024, 04/05/2024, 04/19/2024, 05/03/2024, 05/17/2024.

PESPA: Your membership dues will be drafted using Bank ACH in the amount of $17.00 on or around the following dates: 09/01/2023, 09/15/2023, 09/29/2023, 10/13/2023, 10/27/2023, 11/10/2023, 11/24/2023, 12/08/2023, 12/22/2023, 01/05/2024, 01/19/2024, 02/02/2024, 02/16/2024, 03/01/2024, 03/15/2024, 03/29/2024, 04/12/2024, 04/26/2024, 05/10/2024, 05/24/2024.
